I have been working with Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead on their Supplementary Planning Document for Ascot that is shaping a number of development sites around the main street. My input has specifically been on providing design principles for how the High Street can be improved during the plan period to justly transition it to be more friendly for walking, wheeling and cycling whilst still allowing its continued, but less dominant use, for vehicles.
